Adult Sunday School begins at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday mornings, the same time as Sunday School for Children (K-8).
EPC offers a variety of Adult Classes. We are currently building a multi-year, multi-track adult curriculum that will be designed to cover books of the Bible, various Bible teachings (also known as categories of theology), church history, living the Christian life, and having a Christian worldview.
We are currently on a holiday break, with no classes on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. Classes will resume January 8 as EPC member Charlie Herndon teaches “Image of Truth: C.S. Lewis, Beauty, and the Love of God.”
We also have classes that meet on an as-needed basis:
Christianity Explained is an excellent way to get your questions answered about the basics of the Christian faith.
Growing in Knowledge and Grace is designed for new believers, equipping and encouraging them to become well-grounded in the truths of Scripture.
New Members Class is a prerequisite for membership at EPC, and is accompanied by a meeting with elders from EPC before admission into membership takes place.
Our Young Men’s Class and Young Women’s Class are both open to high school and college age men and women, and are designed to equip them for the challenges that their genders and age groups face in living the Christian life.
We have just recently completed our final quarter of classes for the second quarter of the 2011-2012 Sunday School year. A schedule of third quarter classes beginning on January 8, 2012 will be posted here soon.
